A widowed contractor (Thomas Jane) couldn't figure the odd new client (Emile Hirsch) who put thousands on the barrelhead to have the foundation ripped out of an isolated property-but the needs of his hearing-impaired daughter and helpmate (Harlow Jane) came first.
