The story follows two small-time crooks named Marcos and Juan (Ricardo Darin and Gaston Pauls, respectively). They both end up trying to pull the same scheme at the same time at a convenience store. The more experienced Marcos likes what he sees from Juan and decides that they could work together on some small jobs. One day, they get a call from Marcos's sister, Valeria (Leticia Bredice), about aonce-in-a-lifetime opportunity involving a fake set of rare stamps called the Nine Queens.
