I MEAN ALARMED: the Toulon-Pedro Connect is a project conceived by US punk icon Mike Watt and Rgis Laugier of the French experimental trio Hi Fi Klub. The collaboration pairs 24 musicians from the cities of Toulon, France and San Pedro, California, including members of bands such as At Dawn We Are Kings, Bara Bandai, Brother James, Lvres de Beurre, LuneApache, Sarah Maison, Potochkine, CM Sludge, Les Somnambulites, The Spitters, Twin Apple, and Mike Watts trios (The Missingmen, The Secondmen, Il Sogno del Marinaio). The limited edition color vinyl pressing comes housed in a gatefold jacket, complete with an extensive 40 page booklet about the unique project.
