These three volumes contain 24 albums on the legendary label by artists including Billy Paul, Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes, The O'Jays, The Intruders, The Three Degrees, Thad Jones, Bunny Sigler and more. The series, in which all albums are re-mastered from the original tapes, courtesy of Sony Music, Kenny Gamble & Leon Huff who have been personally involved in these landmark anniversary collections, maps the history of Philadelphia International Records (PIR) chronologically. Housed in a stylish 48 page slip-cased book, it also includes a numbered certificate of authenticity, an exclusive 12" single featuring two of the central stars of the Philly story and a unique poster.
