This Burbank-born guitarist co-founded the band Bryndle in the late '60s, became Linda Ronstadt's arranger and eventually went solo in the mid-'70s, recording 4 albums for Asylum Records. Today, Gold's music can be heard on TV's top-rated sitcom Mad About You. The 1st comprehensive collection of the writer/producer's solo output contains 20 tracks highlighted by his hits "Lonely Boy," "Thank You for Being a Friend" and "Final Frontier" (theme from Mad About You), plus 2 new tracks: "King of Showbiz" and "Can You Feel It."
