TROUBADOURS ON THE RHINE is Loreena McKennitt's first unplugged album recorded from her hour long concert performed in the studios of German radio station SWR1 during her last promo tour for the THE WIND THAT SHAKES THE BARLEY. Accompanied only by Brian Hughes (guitars) and Caroline Lavelle (cello), who have long been part of the singer's tours and recordings, the concert will be released in exactly as it was performed without additional recordings, overdubs, or corrections.
