The Who By Numbers was the seventh studio album by The Who. It was named the tenth-best album of the year in The Village Voice Pazz & Jop critics poll. The album contains the hit 'Squeeze Box' (a Top 20 hit in the U.S. and UK) as well as 'Slip Kid', 'Dreaming From The Waist', 'Imagine A Man', 'In A Hand Or A Face' amongst others. The album cover was drawn by bassist John Entwistle.
