UK CD reissue. Second album for San Francisco psychedelic country rockers originally released in the spring of 1972. It is the first album to feature Buddy Cage as New Riders member who replaced The Grateful Dead's Jerry Garcia. The album contains six original tunes plus covers such as Ricky Nelson's 'Hello Mary Lou'. Guest appearances were delivered by Nicky Hopkins, U.K.'s most wanted session pianist (Stones, Kinks, Who, Beatles, Move, Donovan.) and on banjo The Dead's Jerry Garcia and Billy Kreatzmann (percussion). It was the band's highest charting album, reaching #33 on the Billboard 200
